Owen H
Inskip ARICS
DATE OF BIRTH: 24 May 1953
POSITION: Deputy Chairman, JSSPinnacle Group Limited
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate of the Royal Institute of
Chartered Surveyors
CAREER DETAILS: Owen completed his professional
training with Strutt & Parker in the East Midlands where he was involved in
rural estate management.
In 1980 he founded Chesterfield, a London residential
estate agency, leaving in 1988 to found Pinnacle following the extension of
Business Expansion Scheme tax relief to rented residential property. During the
last 12 years the company has expanded rapidly, initially through the
management of BES property companies and the portfolios within them and
latterly through the management of social housing for local authorities.
Pinnacles recent merger with the professional
services arm of Jackson Stops & Staff makes the enlarged JSSPinnacle Group
one of the most significant providers of housing management services across
both public and private sectors. There are in excess of 22,000 properties under
management with 300 staff across 12 offices.
Owen has become a leading authority on residential
management and a frequent conference speaker on the subject. Throughout his
career he has shown a persistent determination to challenge traditional
management methods in order to deliver an enhanced service for both clients and
customers and Chesterfield and Pinnacle were both established and grown on that
premise.
